Jane performed a song with her chorus as well as with the whole district with kids in grades 5-12. They sounded great!

Malcolm's first rock concert

I've been a fan of Snow Patrol for a long time, so I was excited about seeing them at the Orpheum in Boston. Malcolm thought it sounded like fun and it was an all ages show, so he came with me! He had two kinds of ear protection, so the volume didn't bother him.

MFA and Fenway

Art in Bloom was happening on the day Jane and I had tickets to a Red Sox game, so we checked it out before the game. It was very crowded but the flowers were beautiful!

It rained lightly during the whole game and we lost, but we still enjoyed it.

Passover

We had a nice Passover celebration with Nana and Grammy!

Thursday in DC

Thursday was another busy day! We spent the morning at the National Zoo. We saw a lot of interesting animals. The panda was so cute! After lunch we went to the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, then the Air and Space Museum. It was a lot to take in!

Friday in DC

So much happened on Friday that it’s exhausting just to write about it! We started the day at the White House Visitor Center. We decided not to tour the actual White House so this was the next best thing. Then we tried to get to the White House to take photos, but we really couldn’t see it too well. I had to zoom in a lot to get a photo! Then we went to the Natural History Museum, the Smithsonian Castle for lunch, then the National Gallery which is two art museums connected by an underground tunnel, then the American History Museum. We rushed through everything and I tried to take a lot of photos!

On Saturday we went home. It was a fun trip!
