We made it all the way to the visitor center! We hadn't been there in years. The kids love the movie about nocturnal animal sounds.
On the way back we saw baby geese!

t-shirts
We stenciled more t-shirts the other day! Malcolm hates having his photo taken lately, so I got this with my phone.

Kimball Farm
We had a fun time with our friends at Kimball Farm last week! We rode in the bumper boats and played a round of mini-golf.
After lunch we had ice cream (of course) and then checked out the farm animals. We were full after that!
Red Sox
Jane and I went to a Sox game vs. the Orioles last week. We stopped for burritos on the way there, they were delicious!
It was nice weather.
I bought Jane a new hat, then we checked out the new kids' room.
Jane might catch up to Pedroia someday!
We sat in the very back row of the bleachers!
Jane loved seeing geese on our walk back.
The Sox lost 8-6, but we still had a fun time.

Legoland
We spent a stormy morning at Legoland!
We were impressed by all the Boston landmarks made out of legos.
The kids had fun in the climbing structure!
The 4D movie was pretty cool.
They liked the wizard ride, too.
We spent some time building.
Jane and I made cars.
They both broke at the bottom of the ramp.

After we had lunch we walked by the river.

I hear these birds all the time but they're hard to spot. I was lucky this one was close enough to photograph!
father's day observed
The forecast for father's day looked very rainy, so we celebrated early by having a picnic breakfast at Walden Pond on Saturday. The water was too cold for the parents but the kids liked it!
The kids made turtles out of rocks.

MFA
To kick off our summer vacation we went to the MFA with Maddy and Hannah.
This bench was amazing!
They were all pretty tired and didn't last long at the museum, but overall it was a fun outing!
end of the schoolyear
This was the last time Malcolm and I were together while Jane was at school. Next year he'll be full-day! We spent the beautiful afternoon at a playground.
During Jane's soccer practice Malcolm found a four leaf clover!
He also played cops and robbers with Ryan.
The kids used chalk again on the last morning of school waiting for the bus.
Off they went!
After school we went swimming with Maddy and Hannah. They had a great time!
