burrito picnic

We had another burrito picnic and walk at the arboretum!

deer and bread

We have a family of deer that keeps visiting our yard! Also, Malcolm made focaccia! It was delicious.

cooler weather

The weather has been cooler so we made three kinds of pie (peach, beef and onion) since we could use the oven again. We also went to the arboretum and had a picnic. At night it rained, and there was a rainbow!

bats!

Cinder woke me up super early one morning and wanted to go to the porch. I saw tons and tons of bats!

ice cream!

The kids and I went to Kimball Farm to have ice cream on a hot afternoon. Jane got black raspberry, Malcolm got chocolate raspberry and I got coffee heath. It was delicious!
