peas for geese
Jane wanted to feed the ducks and geese. We read that bread was bad for them so we brought peas. Some fish nibbled at them, too!

radish and airplane
Jane harvested the first radish she planted, it tasted good!
Malcolm has been spending his summer on origami full-time, and this is an airplane he made.

Legoland
As is our tradition, we made our yearly trip to Legoland, Papagayo for lunch, Mystic River Park and JP Licks for dessert. It was a fun and delicious day!

drinks for Dad
On Father's day we went to two breweries and a Mexican restaurant for lunch. Everything was good! The first brewery also had coffee, so the kids had decaf.

pool and bunnies
The kids were allowed to spend a little extra time in the pool after lessons last week. When we left, we saw bunnies outside!

middle school spring concert
Jane's spring concert was very entertaining! It's so nice to watch her sing, play trumpet and French horn. Jane did terrific with her trumpet solo!
2019 scooperbowl
Once again we made the pilgrimage to Boston after school (since it's only on weekdays) for the scooperbowl. There weren't as many flavors this year and the traffic was awful, but we still enjoyed it! Maybe next year we'll just sample some ice cream at home.
I think Malcolm's favorite part of the trip was buying tissue paper at Papyrus. He uses it to make tissue foil for origami!

sad news
I am very sad to announce our beloved cat Westie passed away last week. She was a sweet, wonderful pet and we miss her.
