A friend from knitting group gave me some quail eggs her birds had laid. It's hard to tell the scale here, but this is a tiny frying pan.

They had a higher yolk to white ratio than chicken eggs and they were delicious. Jane ate four for breakfast!

Later that day, we went to the playground.

we cut out circles, glued them together, then cut in half to make two rainbows
