I had intended it to be outdoors, but since it was cold and rainy we had it inside. It was pretty crowded with 17 kids and various adults! We rearranged the living room so they had more space.

There was quite a mob scene to collect the contents: swedish fish, life savers and goldfish.

Malcolm blew out five candles, and Jane blew out seven.

What a great idea for a party! I would love to see a picture of the octopus hotdogs!
I think it's great that you can combine two birthday parties into one. Our friends whose kids are 2 years apart do the same. Happy birthday to Jane and Malcolm.
