We took a few years off from the Scooperbowl while City Hall Plaza was being renovated and it was held elsewhere. We were happy it was back in Boston! My favorite flavor had Ritz crackers and was made by Holy Cow, and Malcolm's favorite was Ben and Jerry's mango.
