little league opening day

Jane was in a parade last weekend for little league. The parade starts and ends at different places, and I was glad I knew that this year! (Last year I had to rush back to my car a mile away since I hadn't understood the logistics of the parade.) After dropping her off with her team, I drove to the end point and then started walking the parade route in reverse. This photo is when Jane first saw me coming towards her.

After the parade and assembly, we went home since she didn't need to be back for an hour or so.

When we went back, it was time for photos.

Then they had a one-inning exhibition game.
